Louis Feldstein

Lou is the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Change Solutions. Lou is a master when it comes to enhancing and strengthening your organization, motivating your teams, and improving performance across all segments of your organization. Yes, he’s a creative and innovative thinker. But he’s also uniquely sensitive to his clients’ needs, because he’s been in their shoes as the leader of large and small, multifaceted organizations during challenging times.

Whether it’s running nonprofits, or partnering with faith-based and for profit organizations, Lou’s deep operations management experience over an almost thirty year career means he knows how to solve complex problems within organizations. He gets the tensions between operations and innovation, as well as internal team dynamics, plus the inherent issues that often arise between professional and volunteer leadership.

Jeff Nagel

Jeff Nagel, Principal of Left Brain-Right Brain Consulting, regularly partners with Dynamic Change Solutions providing critical data analyses. He has been providing analytics for a variety of industries, including non-profits, for over 30 years, conducting financial, fundraising and marketing analyses. As a volunteer in the nonprofit sector, he has served as an organization's treasurer, where he developed automated financial reporting with forecasting tools to improve cash flow management and has provided in-depth financial analysis of fundraising, preschool, religious school and membership trends. Jeff has also taught marketing skills to faith-based employees and laypeople to help increase membership, fundraising and event attendance.

Arlene Cohn

Arlene Cohn spent 21 years in IT until she decided to leave corporate America to run the speaking and training business she owned with her husband. She ran every aspect of the business  - accounts payable/receivable, website building and maintenance, creation of marketing materials and training materials, and customer relations.

This worked so well that Arlene decided to provide these types of services to other businesses and for the past 5 years has operated her own Virtual Assistant business. She does just about everything!

Arlene graduated from the State University of New Your at Albany.

Eric J., Executive Director, Georgia State Government Agency

Since launching Dynamic Change Solutions, Lou has helped nonprofit organizations such as the Woodruff Arts Center, Teton Valley Ranch Camp, Georgia Community Support and Solutions, and the March of Dimes, educational institutions such as The Study Hall and Emory University, and companies such as RefigiWear improve organizational performance and implement successful change. He has consulted with and facilitated workshops with dozens of congregations across the denominational spectrum (see full client list) and given motivational and inspiring talks and speeches across North America. And, as an organizational coach, he has helped senior level professionals, clergy and volunteers identify strategies to improve and enhance their personal effectiveness.

Prior to launching Dynamic Change Solutions, Lou served as the Chief Operating Officer for JFGA, a metropolitan Atlanta-based organization that distributes over $30 million annually. There, he created and directed new fundraising, marketing and fund-distribution strategies which boosted annual and planned giving.

His professional experience includes leadership roles as Southeast and South Florida Regional Director and the Associate Vice President for Research and Development at UJC, an international development organization that raises over $2 billion a year. Lou earlier spent fifteen years as CEO of several campus and young-adult outreach organizations, providing nationally recognized, award-winning programs.

Lou’s work blends structure and metrics with innovation, change and inspiration. For Lou, what makes this all so special are the individual lives he touches, changes, and helps find professional and personal fulfillment. He is a certified DiSC®,  Myers Briggs ® and Change Style Indicator® facilitator. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia Theological Seminary and a guest lecturer at Emory University.

A native of San Francisco, Lou was awarded his Doctor of Divinity, honoris causa degree in 2012 from the Hebrew Union College for twenty-five years of service to the non-profit sector. When not helping organizations, companies and individuals, Lou runs (he achieved his goal of running his first marathon at the age of 55), hangs out with his teenagers (when they let him) and loves to help people find their inner lobster (he’ll explain it if you ask).

“Lou is one of the smartest and astute persons that I know. He has the ability to understand the political and social aspects of what is happening and is then able to create ideas and solutions. He is willing to take the extra step to make sure that ideas becomes reality”
